To place an order you can either use our "Add to Quote" button on each product's page, you can email us or you can use the Contact Form to ensure a personalised quote. Our service standard is that we will be in contact within 1 business day, although we are generally far quicker! If using the "Add to Quote" button, please ensure that for all custom products you add dimensions information in the "Dimensions" field on the product page. The prices will NOT be correct for any custom products, due to limitations in our processing software. Once a quote has been placed we will ensure the correct price is forwarded to you. Yes, all of our products are able to be customised including, but not limited too: Size Colour and optional extras.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit on all our custom made products. The balance is due when the product is ready but prior to delivery. For products such as the JANELA series, in which we have standard sizes in stock, we require full payment upfront to ensure delivery is processed ASAP.

Our products all have varying lead times, to ensure you know the exact time frame, ask one of our friendly staff.

Each of Salt Breeze's products are designed to be as easy as possible to install, although a level of skill is required to install certain products we are available at anytime to help you through your installation.
